Shipping Policy

At IIIrdi , we understand that getting your products in a timely manner is important. That is why we make every effort to process and dispatch your order at the earliest. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping Methods:

We ship via trusted courier partners and the shipping method is chosen based on the destination, and the size of the package. We will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. If you have any special courier partner request or are aware of a specific courier service that does not deliver on time to your pincode destination, please mention your preferred courier partner in the notes/comments while placing your order. We will try to dispatch your order via that service.

Delivery Timeline:

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the shipping method chosen. Heavy weight packages are likely to take some more time as compared to regular shipments. Please note that we are NOT responsible for any delay caused by the shipping service. In case of any delay or lost package we will assist you to track the package and get the package delivered at the earliest. In case of a lost package by the courier service, we will assist you get another product or will refund in cases where we receive a compensation from the courier service.
