All Electronics sold on Thirdidigital are sourced from Indian suppliers authorized by the manufacturer. They come with minimum manufacturer's warranty & are serviceable at the corresponding brand's authorized service center(s) in India, unless specified otherwise.
What are the delivery charges?
Thirdidigital provides free delivery on all items above Rs.2,000/- , delivered within India.
What is the estimated delivery time?
The estimated time of delivery is mentioned on every page. It may differ from one item to another. Please read below for an explanation of delivery estimates:
Mentioned as 3 days delivery time: These items will also be mentioned as "In Stock". For all areas serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3 business days. For other areas, orders will be sent by Registered Post through the Indian Postal Service which may take 1-2 weeks depending on the location. Business days exclude public holidays and sundays.
Mentioned as more than 3 days delivery time: We procure and ship the items within the time specified on the item details page. Some items have to be imported from outside India. These items are mentioned sometimes as "Imported" on the item details page and can take 10 or more days to reach you. You can always rest assured that you will receive your order within the time specified.
Preorder: These items are soon to be released and we pre book your item for you. The item will be shipped to you on the day of it's official release launch. The Pre order duration varies from item to item. Once known, release time and date is mentioned. E.g.: 5th May, August 3rd week.
Out of Stock: Currently we do not have these products available for sale. Please use the "Notify Me" feature and we will let you know once it is available for sale at Thirdidigital.com.
With every order, you will receive an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Once we ship the item(s), you will receive another email containing the shipping details.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed couriers.
If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
All Electronic Items are insured for theft & damages during transit.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices. Octroi or entry tax if applicable will be borne by the buyer only.
Why does the estimated delivery time vary from product to product?
Items which are labelled 'In Stock' on their respective product pages are stocked in our various warehouses and usually take 2-3 business days to reach our customers. Items which we will need to procure or import are labelled 'Imported' on their respective product pages - the delivery of these items can vary between 2 and 4 weeks. Products which you can pre-book, and are labelled as 'Forthcoming' are dispatched on the release date of the particular product - release dates are mentioned on the product page.
I was able to buy products earlier from my city/pin code, but my city/pin code is shown as 'undeliverable' in your system. Why?
As a process, we constantly look at service levels of our logistics partners and make changes to those areas that do not match our service standards. As a result, there may be certain areas that we do not deliver to, as part of this process. Deliveries to such areas may hence be temporarily affected, before we are able to resume the same.
Does Thirdi Digital deliver internationally?
Yes, we do deliver internationally. You can make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world, but you'll have to note that shipment for all international orders will be done after 7 days of receiving the order with complete payment.
Unless otherwise specified, all products are covered by manufacturer's warranty and support is available at all major stations, in case your area does not have any Authorised Service Centre, you can contact us during the warranty period for assistance.
Please ensure that all your invoices and stamped warranty cards are stored carefully and safely during the warranty period. In case of loss, Thirdi Digital will not be responsible for the same.
