Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to Thirdi Digital within 7 days of the purchase date, subject to conditions below. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 1 business day of receipt of the merchandise.
CANCELLATIONS – REFUNDS & CREDITS
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. Once we receive and inspect the product we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear in your account. If payment was made by cheque, the refund cheque will be issued only after 10 business days from the date of purchase.
If you are sending back an item for exchange, please allow 3-5 business days for the replacement to be processed.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please read all conditions below. If these conditions are not met, Thirdi Digital reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee not less than 15%.
All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box (including the UPC code being intact) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals,and accessories.
Thirdi Digital is not responsible for personal data or items left in the returned merchandise.
Thirdi Digital is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
No Return/Exchange on the following:
Special Order merchandise or any item indicated on the website as non-returnable.
Underwater equipment that has been submerged.
Thirdi Digital Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise only and may not be redeemed for cash.
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
